Van Dough Bros is seeking planning permission for a mobile snack bar at The Mart in the county village.

East Lothian Council’s planning department is considering the application, which notes the snack bar would be in a Mercedes Sprinter van.

The vehicle would be located on the site between 10am and 8pm and moved to a private address after hours.

A decision is expected on the application by the end of March.
