Except for User Content, the mobile application and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Everything Blog, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The mobile application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
